Unlike traditional consultancy, FTI initiates a campaign for clients built on a series of activities that culminate into achievement of a desired goal. The following are examples of approaches FTI deploys with clients: 


Transformation of Organizational Culture:

Establish a sense of urgency among all stakeholders and form a powerful guiding coalition to lead change.  By creating a vision with organization-wide buy-in and effectively communicating the vision, stakeholders are empowered to act on the vision.  Critical to success is building momentum and celebrating short term wins.  Applying continuous quality improvements for the “right change” and documentation of new approaches in policies and procedures become part of the organizational transformation and accountability culture. 


Strategic (System) Management:

Set a bold goal the defines the system then begin by mapping of system flow, processes and performance (logic, measurement and functional). Incorporate financial modeling, and performance accountability, e.g.,  under control, performing, improving. Test with rapid cycles using continuous quality improvement techniques and refine with rapid improvement teams. Collaborative learning is conducted through regularly scheduled events (virtual or in-person) to pace transformation and stay on task.  


Effective Leadership Style:

Learn to use signature Speech Acts with requests and offers to obtain resources to reach bold goals. Create a leadership campaign that emerges personnel capable of driving and implementing change at all levels of the organization.  Effective leadership speech acts create positive net energy that seeks solution rather than identifies the barriers to stop forward momentum. Transitions mindsets from roles of responsibility to accountability.
